全屋以工業風格做為設計核心，因考量到住宅空間的機能性與整體住屋氛圍，故多以現代家居元素調和工業風的剛烈特性，選用黑階灰階天然白橡木板地坪劃分場域並界定空間動線，使灰階交錯的木質地坪延伸與的棕色系木質交錯牆面呼應，形成異材質和諧融合的景貌。
並多方透過鐵件元素的運用，讓空間中擁有鐵件櫃、鐵件架、鐵件門板等配置，同時考量實際運用的便利性，並在鐵件門板上採以半透視圓孔調配，讓機能與工業風外觀上達到和諧配置，同時運用棕色系木質元素，讓整體工業風格的美學意念中同時展現出居家空間獨有的溫潤氣息。
電視牆面亦使用鐵銹材質增添工業風格氣息，搭配整體空間中的光源，在電視牆面的銹板做斜角裁切，對應光線照入後光影線條的變化，不僅使同色調的銹板在視覺上展現更多光影層次，更運用銹板能隨時光變化的特質，演繹出「時光轉折」的意念，象徵著住屋空間與時光流動的緊扣。而深棕色銹漆也讓整體客廳在光線的照射下與工業風地坪、天花板相互呼應，顯現灰調工業風格中一處溫潤靜謐的景域，符合屋主既嚮往工業風格的俐落與其同時對於居家空間溫潤和諧的想像。

The entire residence is anchored in an industrial design language.
Balancing functionality and overall residential comfort, modern elements are introduced to soften the raw intensity typically associated with industrial style.
Black and gray tones are paired with natural white oak flooring to define zones and circulation. The interwoven gray wood textures echo the brown-toned wood feature walls, creating a harmonious dialogue between contrasting materials.
Metal elements are thoughtfully integrated throughout the space—appearing in metal cabinets, shelving, and door panels. Practical usability is carefully considered, with semi-perforated circular detailing applied to metal doors, allowing functionality and industrial aesthetics to coexist seamlessly.
The addition of warm brown wood tones tempers the boldness of the industrial framework, introducing a subtle sense of domestic warmth.
The TV feature wall incorporates rust-finished metal to reinforce the industrial character. The rusted panels are diagonally cut to interact with incoming light, generating dynamic shadow lines that enhance visual depth within the monochromatic palette. As the rust naturally evolves over time, it embodies the concept of “the passage of time,” symbolizing the intimate relationship between the home and the flow of living.
Under shifting light, the deep brown rust tones resonate with the industrial flooring and ceiling, creating a warm and tranquil atmosphere within the gray industrial setting—perfectly reflecting the homeowner’s desire for both the sharpness of industrial style and the warmth of a harmonious living space.
