三峽，人文薈萃之地，祖師廟/老街/拱橋/工藝/老樹為當地人所熟悉，在實地履勘後，我們以/當地人文/裝潢素材/藤編工藝/新東方 元素發想,建構融合當地文化元素並結合建案周邊錄帶的接待中心，整體來說接待中心外觀對在地人及賞屋者來說是親切、親近的，跳脫過往接待中心給人難以靠近的感覺，進而創造出銷售佳績。
Lixin Development – Green Boulevard · Wood Sky Community
Inspired by the chairman’s philosophy—putting clients first and upholding innovation, safety, professionalism, and passion, grounded in a craftsman’s spirit of integrity and practicality—the collaboration between both parties gave rise to the Lixin Green Boulevard Reception Center · “Wood Sky Community.”
Sanxia, a place rich in cultural heritage, is known for its ancestral temple, old street, arched bridges, traditional craftsmanship, and century-old trees. After thorough site visits and research, we drew inspiration from local culture, natural materials, rattan weaving techniques, and New Oriental design elements. These references were thoughtfully integrated to create a reception center that reflects the identity of its surroundings and resonates with the character of the development site.
Overall, the reception center presents a welcoming and approachable image to both local residents and prospective buyers—breaking away from the traditionally distant and imposing impression often associated with sales centers.
This approachable design ultimately contributed to outstanding sales performance.
